We are inside Room 101, located inside Jazzy Pawz Pet Care Suites.
1. Services Offered
Dog and cat grooming in a private suite at the above address. We see one pet family at a time, and do not use cages or kennels.
Jack Armour is the groomer, and Derrick Douglas assists. This setup allows for a pet support system and comprehensive care.
We offer in-home dog and cat grooming and pet sitting at request (you will want to call us at 678-920-9006 to request in-home services).

2. Pricing
Pricing is set, and is determined by size and service. There will be no added fees for matting, late arrivals, late pickups, or anything else. First time clients receive 15% off their first visit. Below is full price, and what you will see at checkout as a regular client.

Bath & Tidy (Not just a bath. Includes all over trimming of flyaways, but not deep sculpting / shaping like a haircut.):

Bath (A bath, without any hair trimming. Includes sanitary trim.):

2.1 | What Is Included in Every Appointment
Each pet receives either:
* A full haircut

* A bath and tidy (bath plus light trimming and shaping)

* A bath without any trimming

* Nails only - without a bath or haircut
Services are performed according to each pet’s health, tolerance, and comfort. You may request any service to be withheld.
2.1A) Health and Hygiene Care
• Anal gland expression when appropriate
• Non-anesthetic tooth brushing using enzymatic toothpaste
• Oral assessment
• Professional ear cleaning and ear health check
• Skin and coat assessment
• Sanitary trim for hygiene (prevents urination of the coat)
We do not perform veterinary dental procedures or scraping.
2.1B) Bathing and Skin Care
• Two oxygenating baths using ultra-premium Chris Christensen shampoo (hypoallergenic available at request) and our Prima machine
• Restorative skin and coat conditioning treatment with Chris Christensen products (Deshedding and whitening included for appropriate breeds.)
• Hydrating facial cleansing with hypoallergenic Chris Christensen tearless pear facial
• Thorough rinsing to prevent residue
** Cats are bathed according to tolerance, always with two shampoos, conditioning, and thorough rinsing.
2.1C) Coat Care and Drying
• Professional brushing, dematting, and deshedding as needed and tolerated
• Comfort-adjusted blow drying
• Careful coat fluffing / blowout, and preparation for finishing
2.1D) Nail and Paw Care
• Nail trimming
• Nail filing for smooth edges (dogs only)
• Paw moisturizer
• Paw pad & toe trim
2.1E) Styling and Finishing
• Hand-scissored finishing for precision
• Protective Chris Christensen coat treatment & sunscreen
• Ultra premium coat shine for short-haired breeds and as needed
• Final grooming check for symmetry and comfort
2.1F) Comfort and Behavioral Support
• One-on-one handling throughout the appointment, with on-demand two-on-one support.
• Continuous supervision
• Positive reinforcement
• Breaks as needed
• No kenneling at any time
If a pet becomes distressed, we stop.
We do not push pets through prolonged stress that could cause harm or trauma.
If a grooming session cannot be safely completed, we will contact you for pickup.
No additional fees are charged in these situations; services may be pro bono - free of charge - or adjusted to what your pet could safely tolerate.
2.1G) Communication and Consent
Treats are optional and only given with your permission.
Fragrance is applied using the same scent as our shampoo and conditioner unless you request otherwise. This luxury spa scent is relaxing to pets and their families, receiving 99% positive feedback from all clients and pet clients.
Hypoallergenic or fragrance-free options are available.
Please inform us of sensitivities at drop-off.
2.1H) Cats
Cats receive the same services with adjustments for feline tolerance and pacing.
Cat grooming proceeds more slowly, with additional breaks as needed.
We use feline-appropriate enzymatic toothpaste.
Nail filing is not performed for cats.
2.1I) Individual Adjustments
Services may be modified or skipped for safety, health, or stress reasons. Our priority is your pet’s wellbeing.

3. How Appointments Work
3.1 | Scheduling
Appointments can be requested online or by phone at 678-920-9006.
Requests are reviewed for accuracy before approval.
New clients must complete forms before their appointment.
3.2 | Arrival
Arrive at your scheduled pet drop-off time.
You'll leave the pet pampering to us as your pet enjoys their appointment.
We have a waiting area, and are located near ChocoLaté Coffee, Costco, restaurants (The Ashford), and shopping (Phipps Plaza, Lenox Square).
Only one household is scheduled in the suite at a time, so please don't expect daycare-style service. You'll want to return by the end of your pet's appointment.
Typical appointment time:
Small/medium pets: 1.5–2 hours
Large dogs: up to 3 hours
3.3 | During the Appointment
Your pet receives one-on-one attention.
We do not use kennels.
Your pet will not be placed in a cage.
If your pet needs a break, they may rest or walk freely in the gated suite.
Jack performs grooming. Derrick assists with handling, support, and comfort.
3.4 | Communication
We will contact you when your pet is almost finished.
This is usually about 20 minutes before pickup, or the request made at drop-off.
3.5 | Pickup
Return at the agreed pickup time.
We review the groom with you and discuss notes for future visits.
Payment is completed at pickup.
Future appointments can be scheduled at that time.
Appointments may be scheduled up to six months in advance.
3.6 | Policies
While we do not charge additional fees, client relationships may be discontinued at our discretion for repeated cancellations (when 2 hours or less prior to appointment time), late pickups, and drop-offs.
