What does "all-inclusive” mean at Jack Armour Pet Grooming?
All-inclusive means the price you see is the price you pay.
We don’t advertise one number and then build your total through a checklist of add-ons.
Most grooming salons price the minimum and then charge extra for the things that actually create a clean, healthy finish: conditioner, deshedding, dematting, nail smoothing, paw pad cleaning, etc. That model turns pet health into a menu.
We don't believe a dog should leave a grooming service without teeth brushing, amongst many other core wellness services. We include the core services, and product/service upgrades to get your loved one looking their absolute best.

Do you offer grooming services for senior pets?
Absolutely. We are dedicated to grooming senior pets. While many salons impose limits, we are committed to delivering exceptional care from homecoming to end of life. This is the ultimate choice for senior pets; two highly skilled groomers will address every individual need, always considering your pet's age and physiological condition during the entire grooming experience.
At what age is it appropriate to begin grooming my puppy?
Pets most enjoy grooming when they are accustomed to the experience. It's highly advisable to start dog training around 7-8 weeks, which is also a great time for introductory grooming. This helps your pet get used to the tools and equipment like trimmers, shears, and driers.
What if my pet is anxious or has had a bad grooming experience?
Let us know in advance. We’ll discuss triggers, handling preferences, and what’s worked (or not worked) in the past. Our goal is a calm, trust-building experience.
Can you match a specific haircut or breed-standard style?
Yes. We offer breed-specific and bespoke styling, including show-quality finishes when appropriate for your pet’s coat and lifestyle. Reference photos are welcome and helpful.
Do you groom doodles and high-maintenance coats?
Yes. We have extensive experience with doodles and high-maintenance coats. For longer styles, we’ll recommend a maintenance schedule and at-home brushing routine that supports the look you want.
Do you have a mobile van or trailer?
Jack Armour Pet Grooming does not operate out of mobile grooming vans. Clients are welcome to call or book online for an appointment at our physical location. Housecall appointments are available at request with limited availability.
