What to Expect​​

Because we care about your pet's health, and your home, we are an All-Inclusive service.​

​​

​

• Dogs & Cats are groomed in-home and by appointment.

• We will move and precisely restore your belongings (soaps, toiletries, rugs, knick knacks, perfumes, etc.) for cleanliness.

• Your home will be left cleaner than before we arrived:  corner-to-corner sweeping, metal & glass polishing, baseboard & wainscoting dusting, granite & marble-safe cleaning, light fixture cleaning, and a parting note of aromatherapy.

• We will setup a table and grooming equipment in a powered and air conditioned area of your choice, with most clients choosing their master bathroom, laundry, guest bathroom, or kitchen.

• Access to water and a space to wash and blow dry pet - a different room is acceptable​.

• Clients are permitted to setup cameras or stay for the groom.

• We've got the magic touch and plenty of patience, but pets must be willing and tolerant of the grooming process​.

• Clients are expected to be home or provide entry for the scheduled appointment time.

• We have no added fees - only pay for your appointment cost, listed below.

• Feedback is welcome at the end of your appointment, should you desire alterations. Exceeding expectations makes the aspect of pet care straightforward, and more enjoyable.
