Throughout the appointment, we actively train puppies to tolerate and understand the grooming process. Touch, sound, vibration, drying, and positioning are introduced carefully and positively.

If a puppy shows signs of stress, we slow down or reduce steps. We do not push through discomfort for the sake of finishing a service.

This approach helps puppies learn that grooming is safe, predictable, and calm.

We schedule puppy appointments with extra time built in. This allows for pauses, reassurance, and repetition without pressure. Puppies are spoken to, comforted, and supported throughout the process.
