That’s when our expertise is requested. Don’t worry about schedule management, traffic, or getting your dog or cat in the vehicle. Say “bon voyage” to stressful car rides, watching your pet disappear into a mysterious salon, and groomers with questionable skills and client communication. This is concierge grooming: we are here to serve your esteemed pet with utmost dignity, leaving you with not a single worry.

Busy work schedule? You are welcome to provide home access if you will not be present. Traditionally, we have many clients work from home to maximize income, rather than spend time coordinating with a grooming salon and traffic.

Senior pet? This is our specialty. We will make sure your loved one is at maximal comfort throughout the groom, as we are a two-person team. Derrick assists pets with stability and mobility, ensuring safety while monitoring physiology and mental state, allowing Jack to execute a flawless groom.

We will pamper your pet from nose to tail, utilizing only ultra-premium products and equipment for your dog’s coat and skin.  The all-inclusive appointment begins with a proper brush-out, followed by a deeply-cleansing bath and conditioning using our Prima machine and best-in-industry Chris Christensen pet products. You can always expect teeth, ear, and face cleaning, along with a skin, coat, oral, and ear assessment (Jack has been trusted from coast to coast and praised for his pet health assessments, often identifying early health issues, recommending vet care, and saving pet lives). Additionally, we perform gland expression, sanitary trims, nail clipping and smoothing, paw pad trims, deshedding, combing, and seal the cuticles with a protective hair treatment. All to be included with a breed-specific haircut, or perhaps something more personalized.
