What to Expect
Appointments are scheduled individually, one household at a time, in a private suite without kennels or lobby traffic.
Scheduling
Appointments may be requested online or by phone/email and are confirmed after a brief accuracy review. New clients complete intake forms prior to their visit so we can understand your pet’s history, sensitivities, and coat needs.
Arrival and Drop-Off
Clients arrive at their scheduled time, drop off their pet, and depart so we can begin pampering. Our scheduling is structured to prevent crossover between households.
During the Appointment
Your pet receives continuous one-on-one attention, and we never cage or kennel.
Jack performs the grooming while Derrick assists with handling, comfort, and safety.
If a pet needs a break, they are allowed to rest or walk under supervision in our suite rather than in confinement.
Appointments typically range from 1.5–2 hours, with larger dogs extending to approximately 3 hours.
Communication
We notify you when your pet is nearing completion, typically about 20 minutes in advance or as discussed at drop-off.
Pickup and Review
At pickup, we review the groom together, discuss expectations, and document notes for future visits. Ongoing scheduling may be arranged at that time, with appointments available up to six months in advance.
Specialized Care
We effortlessly accommodate puppies, seniors, anxious pets, and cats on a case-by-case basis.
Puppies receive a gentle introduction to grooming while focusing on comfort and behavioral development.
Senior pets are supported throughout the appointment as needed.
Cat grooming proceeds at a slower pace with frequent breaks to respect individual tolerance.
Consultations are welcome for pets requiring special consideration. If we determine we are not the right fit, no fees are charged.

A maintenance-focused service designed to keep your pet clean and presentable, providing our all-inclusive service package, and all-over trimming, rather than a full haircut.
For dogs and cats who simply need a bath, full wellness service, and tufts trimmed (deshedding included where appropriate).
Dog Grooming
Comprehensive, breed-appropriate or bespoke grooming delivered in the privacy of our salon suite.
Each full groom is customized to your dog’s coat type, lifestyle, and tolerance level, prioritizing comfort, handling expertise, and a polished finish without the stress of a traditional pet salon environment.
For dogs who need a full wellness service & groom. This includes new & shorter hairstyles, and all-over scissor trims.
Cat Grooming
Specialized grooming for cats, performed with patience, precision, and respect for feline behavior.
Full grooms are designed to reduce matting, manage shedding, and maintain coat and skin health while minimizing anxiety.
For cats who need a shave or custom hairstyle, in addition to the full wellness service.
