Appointments are scheduled individually, one household at a time, in a private suite without kennels or lobby traffic.

Secure your private time slot through our online booking or via phone/email. New clients complete intake forms prior to arrival so we may curate our suite for your arrival.

Drop off your pet at our serene, cage-free facility at your chosen arrival time and we promptly begin pampering. We eliminate the chaos of traditional salons, transitioning your pet immediately from your arms to Jack’s table without stressful kennel waits and contact with other pets.

Your pet undergoes a bespoke wellness bath and master-level styling using advanced, skin-safe equipment and premium coat-restorative ingredients.
If a pet needs a break, they are allowed to rest or walk under supervision in our suite rather than in confinement.

Receive a real-time text notification for pick-up. Step back into Suite 101, review your pet's flawless finish, settle your balance effortlessly via card(tap-to-pay accepted) or Apple Pay, and secure your recurring spot on our exclusive roster.
